Who we are
Bembani Ready Mix main function is the production and supply of ready mixed concrete to Limpopo and all local municipalities. We pride ourselves on quality products and exceptional service which are both frequently touted attributes but seldom regularly delivered on in our industry. This approach has developed strong relationships with customers who have faith in the solutions we provide. All standard grades from 10mpa to 50MPa are supplied along with specialist concretes such as high strength concrete, self-compacting, permeable, decorative fiber reinforced concretes and high durability concretes.
We have our own supply of aggregates: Local Quarries, which gives us control over supply of our raw materials and control over the quality of materials being delivered to our plants. We are currently in discussion with an admixture supplier with a view to setting up a strategic alliance to give us more control over the quality, cost and performance of our admixtures.
More About Us
We can supply a variety of different cement types including OPC, SRC, GGBS, PFA and Microsilica. These cement types have become widely accepted as the best way to counteract the aggressive conditions endured by concrete structures in the Limpopo region. To combat the challenges of concreting in very hot weather we have unique ways and methods of battling the heat at our plants.
We can supply the complete range of mixes spanning lean mixes high-strength concrete, shotcrete, self-compacting concrete, high early-strength concrete, waterproof concrete, slip-form concrete, lightweight concrete plus all types of grouts.
